O God, most merciful, we come to you on behalf of the soul of your servants who you have most recently called out of this valley of tears: look upon them with kindness and mercy and let each be taken by your holy angels to paradise, their true and eternal home. We ask this through Jesus Christ, your Son, our Lord, who with you and the Holy Spirit lives and reigns world without end.
