Come, visit Our Lord at our Adoration Chapel!
Our
Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Chapel is open 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. Take time out from your hectic schedule to spend time with Jesus,
truly present in the Sacrament of the Altar.
It is His love for us that keeps Him day and night waiting in the Blessed
Sacrament. For Jesus said: “Come to Me all who are weary and find life
burdensome and I will refresh you.” Mt. 11:28. Also, “Behold I am with you
always until the end of the world.” Mt. 28:20.
“Every believing Catholic should make it a practice to pray as much as he
can before the Blessed Sacrament of the altar.”
Fr. John A. Hardon, SJ.
Christ’s great love for us was shown when he was crucified on the cross to
pay the penalty for our sins and give us eternal life. He loves us without
limit, and offers Himself to us in the Holy Sacrament of the Eucharist. Can
we not give Jesus a few minutes of love and adoration in return?
“HE IS THERE, WHO LOVES US SO MUCH!” – St. John Vianney
Two
thousand years ago, the people of Palestine would go to the Man from Galilee
for healing and hear the words of Jesus: “Go, your faith has healed you.”
Christ has come primarily to heal. He comes to restore a broken humanity.
THE MORE WE BELIEVE IN JESUS, THE MORE WE WILL SEE MIRACLES OF HIS LOVE.
“COULD YOU NOT WATCH ONE MORE HOUR WITH ME?” – Mt. 26:40
Through Eucharistic Adoration souls are saved. Jesus showed St. Maria
Faustina a vision in which each person coming before Him represents all of
humanity. Grace and mercy go forth to every person from Jesus truly present
in the Blessed Sacrament.
Perpetual Adoration at St. Isaac Jogues began during Advent in 1993. Adorers
commit to one hour a week before Jesus in the Eucharist for a personal,
quiet time for praise, thanksgiving, and adoration.
You are invited to participate in Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration.
Set aside one hour each week for adoration. Are you able to help with an
hour which does not have a committed adorer so that Jesus is never left
without an honor guard? Sacrifice is the language of love. If the answer is
“yes”, then you are blessed. We would like to have two adorers, as honor
guard, every hour. Please see the Sunday bulletin for hours that are in need
of adorers.
Please fill out an Invitation Sign Up Sheet and leave it at the Parish
Office.
Consider becoming a prayer warrior at our Chapel, located so close to Valley
Forge National Historical Park where our first president knelt to implore
God’s mercy on a young nation. Now, the nation more advanced in age is in
need of divine light and guidance to keep its destiny.
“Thanks to the Eucharist the Church is reborn ever new.” — Pope Benedict XVI
